Instruction
1.Place the sharpener on a flat surface and hold the non-slip handle. 
2.Insert the knife’s heel into the sharpening slot and pull the blade through in a single direction.
3.Start with 3-5 passes in the coarse slot, followed by 2 passes in the fine slot.
